Job Description

We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Telecaller to join our customer engagement team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries, helping to convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
• Maintain records of calls and customer information.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
